Photographing The Die Cuts.....

This is a recent photo of the presents that are available in my ebay shop....but there is only one collection like this...as with all my cuts...I have a couple of boxes that hold 5 reams of card each, and then a selection of patterned papers and card....I'm sat here trying to think which cuts actually stay the same each time...even the penguins sometimes have a textured black....
If I were to photograph each set of cuts...each time I made a selection...I would not have time to complete anything...from printing the paperwork to posting to leaving feedback...it takes me roughly an hour to complete a set...I have a perfection issue and don't like waste :)....so yes each set ...whatever the cut...is individual....no-one else will have the same.... :)
I am going to make some of the fairies today as I watch what happened at the Japanese F1 race...now...what colours shall I use today :)....Joy x x

Lots of Birthdays...

I've had four birthdays with in the Archery Club this month...and they are all men....as a friend said...always a bit more difficult..
This card is for Mathew..and as you can see he'll be 30 on friday...in the end quite an easy card to produce...an old CD and the Musical Notes cuts...the 30 from one of my alphabets, that I double cut and highlighted in white gel pen, same as the greeting and the notes....pretty good even though I say so myself :)...
have a couple more cards for this weekend and then four more for the club in October...better start now...thanks for looking...Joy x x

Christmas is Coming...

...I'm sure each year get shorter, or time goes faster...

Either way I've been asked to produce some Christmas Cards this week for the Shop Area in our Library...and when I showed her some of my Scoubie earings she was interested...and asked if I could combine those into Christmas Cards too....liked the idea of card and gift together :)...

Of course I really must start on our cards, and some for Gareth to take into school...got some small envelopes for that job..:D....don't think they will appreciate these new stockings though...
Had better get on then...lots to do...back soon..Joy x x

Back to School...

am at this very minute waiting for Gareth's transport...yeh...some piece and quiet and a chance to actually get stuff done...:)
I have been busy since returning from holiday, but this weekend has been quiet, getting the little ones ready for school themselves...but this has given me the opportunity to have a play with some of the dies I've had for bit now...
These little pencils are really cute, and great for cards...or the small scrapbook pages....I also have a medium sized one, and BIG....I also have crayons for playschool fun...:)
Well once the Boy has gone I can start moving, and this includes a visit to Mum today...see you all again soon....Joy x x

We're all going on a...

..HOLIDAY..
...we are away at the moment...but have managed to get some new die cuts out...here are the motorhomes and caravans that I listed before I went away....but I will see what they look like with the cars I have too...
...I have also done other new ones...dies that I have had for a while...this is one thing I try and do while away...I get to play with the them, and see what will or won't work...I also found a little craft shop here and they had some others...Mum is going to have a go at me again..:)...
...I also found some great papers that I haven't seen down South, so collected a few of those and will be going back for more before we go home too..:)..I know just what I can use them for..other than the Christmas cards I'll have to start on our return too...
...well it's getting a little nippy now...so off to bed I go ...thanks for looking, Joy x x ...

My Little Pony....

was not my thing when I was younger...mind I was 14+ by the time they came over this side of the pond...but these days it's fun playing with the little girls in the family :)... and as I have no girls, being able to plait their hair is a good alternative...the dog goes running when she sees the ribbons...
I got the die at the end of last week, and loved it straight away...cutting them with a white body and coloured mane and tails...had great fun getting the combinations and flow of colours just right right...so cute..:)...I could also do them in 'natural' colours for more 'horsey' orientated projects....oh dear..I'll have to play again lol..
The dinner is almost cooked, and Gareth needs to do the dishwasher...with Mum coming round later, I'd better get a move on....thanks for looking....Joy x x

It's Raining...yay...

... I do so prefer the cooler weather...and at last it is raining...just as it got cool enough for me to decide to walk the dogs....still it was lovely and fresh and the dogs enjoyed going out...
Funnily enough we went to the allotment Thursday and planted out the last few seedlings, Mum said on the way home that all we had to do now was water and pick....of course we'll also have to weed :(
I have shown the latest collection of seed packets I made this week...Have worked out that if they have different packets they get different seeds colours too...they are small though, but having said that they can be used on cards as well as the smaller pages for scrapbooking...
Gareth is struggling with this heat too...as soon as he gets home he has to take his Tshirt off as he's getting heat rash again... He's had two activity days this week and has really struggled having got home...so we missed archery this week...but T has shown an interest in coming with us again....hope he's still interested next week...
Thanks for looking...and see you all again soon...Joy x x
